What are the shipping destinations?

Currently, Eleanor is Astray ships worldwide.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. That I'll have to pay?

If you’re residing inside the E.U you shouldn't worry about any taxes.
However, if you’re residing outside the E.U, it is highly probable that you’ll face taxes when your parcel enters your country.
IN ANY CASE, Eleanor is Astray can't be held responsible for any required taxes at the arrival of the parcel in the country of destination.

When will I receive my order?

The shipping times may vary, and only depend on the efficiency of the postal services of both the country of expedition and the country of destination.
This means that once your parcel has been posted, Eleanor is Astray does not have any control on the shipping time.
But you should usually expect a time of 2-3 business days for France / 5-10 business days for the other E.U countries / 10 - 15 business days for other countries.

Note: Orders are usually shipped on fridays-saturdays

Note bis: We ship with the French national post service. Therefore, the parcel will be delivered to you via your national postal service when it arrives in your country. In case your national postal service is not reliable, write us an e-mail so we can organize your delivery with the carrier of your choice (at your own risk & fees).

How can I track my order?

Easily! Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to you, you'll simply have to click on it!

    1. 0.00 → 0.250g: 1€ (usually 1 t-shirt)

    2. 0.260 → 0.500g: 1.70€

    3. 0.501 → 0.750g: 2.60€ (usually 1 hoodie)

    4. 0.76 → 1.00kg: 3.25€

    5. 1.01kg → 2.00kg: 4.55€ (usually 1 jean / pant)
