THE 14 DAY POLICY IS FOR SITUATIONS WHERE YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND ON YOUR PURCHASE, OR YOU've purchased the wrong size, ETC... IF YOU WISH TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT BECAUSE OF A DEFECT PLEASE SEE article 8 of our gTC
I. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition in which you received it
Unworn or unused
With tags
In its original packaging.
(You’ll also need the receipt / proof of purchase.)

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return/Refund demands are only possible through our website.
Demands made through our social networks will not be taken into consideration.
All return expenses are at your own fees! (except in case of a defect on our side)
II. Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
III. Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Single Use Items
Goodies (lighters, bottle openers, stickers, posters...)
Jewelery
Personnal care products
On sale items or gift cards
Digital products
Underwear
ANY Custom Products
IV. Exchanges:
The only way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted (and refund issued), make a separate purchase for the new item.
V. Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
